Whatever devil's own weather system decided to park itself over southern Wisconsin for the last three days or so, this morning at about 9:00, it finally moved its big butt. OH THANK GOD!!! Sinus issues of agony begone! I no longer wish to part company with my right eyeball.

... Gah, that was miserable. Let's not have a repeat of that one for the next several years.

Unrelated, has anyone heard from the ever-delightful thnidu lately? The last I saw, he was having horrible apartment issues to the tune of brrrrr freeeezing, and by now, he's usually made at least one Hanukkah post of warm fuzziness... I'm getting a little worried. Losing one online friend this week was bad enough.

That might be me, yes.. sounds like he's ok though. Which is a relief... i'm reaching an age when if one's friends drop off the grid for a while, you worry.

I didn't ping him, but I read the updating commenter as knowing one of the worried people named, but not the other. I suspect I'm *that* other, as I only recognize that commenter's username in passing.
