But not as fall over, shuffle-run down the hall, can't get out of bed sick like I was two mornings ago. Thank God! Still not entirely right, but I can at least rock my chair now and not feel like I need to stop or suffer the icky consequences, and I have been able to eat. Whew. As I told Mom, I won't be putting any oregano and red pepper in my sandwiches for another couple days, but mildly sick is an improvement over totally sick.

I've just remembered I'm out of aspirin. Shard it. I hope I'm remembering right that Prairie has some, because I'm going to need to make a run over there later this morning. Maybe I'll see if Katie wants to go for a coffee/capuccino run, as we haven't done that in a *long* time, and I'm thinking I'd be able to stomach hot chocolate. That's a major improvement over Friday night when the thought of food made me feel like revolting. And revolting in general. Blooming double entendre universe... :)

Yup, *very* glad I didn't go to nationals. No offense guys, but it wouldn't have been good, though I'm sure the competition would have. That and I probably would've gotten you all sick, which is just a drag. Sharing's good and all, but viruses--virii? Uh, no.

We missed having you with us, but being sick at nationals would not have been fun. Saw that there was another forensicator who is blind, and he did pretty well too. (He had a German Shepard instead of a Lab, so it was a bit more suit-friendly. :-) ) Check mine in a day or two for a more complete wrap up of Pi Kap.

Stay away from those ebola virii!

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to talk with him. He's from El Paso, TX. I do know that he did public address and interp. His dog, was nothing compared to Bosco... He didn't even fall asleep in the round and start snoring!
