the next few days

chanter1944Heyla, a real post awaits! I swear, it's not a meme... yet. :)
anyway, tomorrow I leave home again for summer school in Wausau, which is about a hundred miles north of me and home territory for mom's family and by association, me. (Spent tons and tons of time there as a kid, so yeah.) And while I'm looking forward to the whole summer school with other blind people thing *lots*, I'm annoyed because my lovely laptop won't join me until next weekend. I'll have access to computers and stuff through the school I'm at, so I'm not going to be gone, I swear. I just won't be lady activity till next Saturday or so.
Speaking of Saturdays, my sister graduated this afternoon. And it's a good thing the ceremony let out before the thunderstorms and tornadoes that eventually rolled in got here, or we'd have had about 2500 drenched people leaving the school! Seriously, Allie if you read this (which I know you do), congrats, kiddo.
Jolie's still in Japan *envies* my littlest sib the trip around the world. Dang, and we all swore I'd get there before she did... I'm *so* getting details up a storm from her when she gets in.
Anyway, off to... probably to fanfiction sniff.
