I have been poked in the arm with both the newest Covid booster and the seasonal flu shot. I got them at the same time on the advice of my primary doctor, who basically said why potentially get nailed with immune response side effects twice if you can avoid it? So last weekend, I got myself poked in the arm twice, and thank you *so* much to the folks at the downtown Wallgreens for the schedule juggling that enabled said pokes in the arm to happen!

I felt slightly achey, slightly warm, that night, and had minor lingering soreness in the arm for the day or two after, but that was it. Whew!

As a Walgreens scheduler, i am happy we managed to juggle schedules!

(Okay, vaccine scheduling isn't as much my job these days, since I've primarily moved to our chat team, and we don't schedule on chat, but. As I explained to someone the other day, I have been on the centralized scheduling team since we went live with the very first covid vaccine in 2020, and I've been doing a lot more phones to help out the other schedulers since we got the updated vaccines in.)
