flights, memes and circles

chanter1944The circles being that my day felt like it was from the seventh circle of you-know-where. Ugh. :/
Even the bit where I got someone's number. Yes, I actually got a guy's number! Out of the blue when we got where we were going and were about to split company, he's like, "Can I give you my number and we can hang out some time?" *boggle* *boggle* *blink* what's this? Me? The girl who hasn't been kissed and is twenty? This must be an alternate reality. You must have meant the other charlie. But he meant me. *astonished face*
Aaaaanyway. the flight was Kiri's sixth, and it went amazingly! All four chasers rocked, they always do. That turned my crap day into a pretty decent one I must admit. Even though I tried playing Lina and Kiri very straightforward and not doing my usual imagery-based thingie. Yeah I still slipped the references to Kirienth as a creature of amber and absinth in there, force of habit. That was harder than I thought it'd be. But it was fun!

The muse is still in spew-inspiration-at-me mode, so off to spew words onto paper. Uh, that's enough spewing references there. Eeeew. :)
And I blame D'mer entirely for this song! And for inspiring me to use it in my flight after Edanth caught Kiri. Hey, it fit. "He started it!"
