What is it with me and perfectly ordinary descriptions frex: of people and their motivations degenerating - evolving? into nigh on lyrical tangles serving the same purpose? And... does it get repetitive or otherwise obvious in the oh God, there Chanter goes again sort of a way, or is that just me thinking the worst of my own work?
