Orderly snowflakes? Um... day 13

In your own space, set some goals for the coming year. They can be fannish or not, public or private. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
*Write all the things! That is, write significantly more than I have during the past few years, currently-posted fics excepted. This one's going to take vacation days that don't involve catching up on sleep debt, but *do* involve all the warm fuzzy things that recharge this particular ambient (as opposed to academic) crafter. We'll see how that goes.
*Get rosemary to survive, come spring. Work in progress! Last year's plant died on me, darnit, but previous ones have lived, so there's hope. I wonder if I can keep this basil going for a second year...
*Seek a wider audience for my writing! The recent kerfluffle over patronage sites has me distinctly wary of that option, but I wonder what else is out there for shorter fiction? I really do need to investigate magazine submissions...
*In fact, I'm making that a goal all its own. Investigate the possibility of magazine submissions, even though my stories are not hard science fiction or high fantasy.
*Find a two bedroom apartment within this general area that a) is affordable, b) has just enough of a balcony for plants and radio gear, and c) allows cats. Yeah right, I know, but it's worth a look.
*Get more active in local community building. I seriously need to up my resistance activity here, and where better to start than at home?
*Get my 5-gallon donation pin with the Red Cross. My current tally for units donated, blood and platelets, stands at 34. 40 by year's end is doable, but only if I donate platelets again.
