I need a muse jumpstart, and something

ysabetwordsmith posted about keeping crowdfunded creativity moving gave me an idea.

The first two people to chuck a prompt at me - character, situation, setting, specific aspect, any/all of the above or something else(s) - get a fic written to said prompt. No promises as to length, but prompters will get to read their entire piece backchannel, and the first 100 words of each will be posted free. After the free snippets go up, the balance of both pieces will be up for sponsorship.

Orange!verse fiction or original creative nonfiction, please.

Character- Orange!Verse Quinn, bounced into some NEW universe of your own devising. Visit lasts exactly 24 hours, and he returns/is rescued not to Orange!verse, but to baseline SH verse.

The key question-- After seeing both New!verse (whatever it is, any genre) and SH-verse... Does he choose to return to Orange!verse?

Fair warning, this one won't be canon for the orange!verse.

ETA: I have to warn you now, in the interest of full disclosure (I feel rather passive aggressive for saying this, but you also deserve the truth) that this one feels tricky for me at the moment. If I'm still stuck after a few days' trying, can I ask for a reroll, as it were?

I mean absolutely zero offense, honestly. I feel pretty dang passive aggressive for suggesting I might need a reroll, but I'm plain old not sure my muse can handle a double 'verse hop right now. I should just do as I said I would here, yeesh.

The important part isn't really the verse-hop. Given things are "better" in many ways in the main SH-verse, and likely to be so in any original verse...would he go back?

But if the prompt isn't working in a few days, I'll think of something.

I'm sorry for being so scarce. See most recent post for why. I've had to hit pause on writing due to zero muse, but this is not forgotten, nor will it be.

Also, thanks for the alternate prompt. :)
