For context, I've been reading a few of rose_of_pollux's fics lately. Not the Carmen San Diego ones, although I really should stick my nose in those again. These had to do with an entirely different series, although given the multiple canonmelds... anyway.

Cue squee over a certain pair of corporals. Cue reference to one of said corporals taking care of the other through a fairly serious illness. Also cue, unrelated, a nasty blinking villain calling one of them a nursemaid multiple times.

Aaaaaand cue me really, badly wanting to see that certain fiery Frenchman acting as nurturer. If it's him looking after his badly ill friend as referenced in that other fic (or a couple other fics where roles are reversed), yes please.

I sharding well have a type! Sylvain, Gene, Quinn, Savvy, now LeBeau--oops, I just spilled the proverbial beans there, didn't I--dammit! What the frak *is* it with me and Francophone characters in competent/caretaker mode? Jeez.

I don't know whether to be embarrassed or not, here.

I find this kind of adorable. Then again, I'm completely in love with France so I can't say much, mind you. My kitchen wall with the wine rack on it just got my Paris poster above it and it looks AWESOME.

So a French health care worker and you're completely gone? ^_~
