Today /sucked/, union-wise. Just getting that out there. My sleep schedule is (pardon the language) fucking infuriating when it causes me to blink and miss rallying! Getting that out there too.

On the upside, and yes there is an upside, 12 hours, countless people on the square and in the capitol, and no violence whatsoever. Be proud of that, Wisconsin.

Oh, and no matter how badly today sucked? We're not done. This is not over. Just for the record. I for one am frakking exhausted tonight, but I'll be boiling mad again come tomorrow, I have no doubt. You do not screw with my mother's livelihood and then expect not to hear from me, governor.

Looks like our defiant spring's turning into a defiant, vehement recall summer. :)

Going back to bed now.

Oh, and on the subject of the concealed carry vote this evening: To use a cliched expression, one swallow does not a summer make. In other words, I still ♥ Senator Taylor, even if we don't agree on this one.

Agreed. It is a bit unusual that WI is one of two states that doesn't allow conceal carry. Yes, I wish they'd pass a law that would be more to the local law enforcement's liking, but this isn't one that I'm going to get supremely worked up over. Them passing it while pissing all of us off seems to be a mite bit stupid though.
