chanter1944: a house and road blanketed in snow (Wisconsin winter: buried in snay)
I woke up to a world ankle-deep in snow this morning. I'm not sure when the sidewalks will get shoveled, we'll see. The people who stayed over *outside* the capitol last night (they exist, I've been tweeting back and forth a little with one of them) are dedicated and how, holy cow. As for me, well. Getting to work's going to be iiiiinteresting, I know that already.

Today, there's snow everywhere. This weekend, the farmers of Wisconsin descend on the square, and they're bringing their tractors along. Fond Du Lac County represent! ... I can't believe I just wrote that. :)

Er. I should really stop this disjointed rambling and get ready for work. I just thought I should post something to let people know that I am, you know, still alive. :) Back later.
