Headed back to uni like... five minutes from now. This's the standard going-back-switching-access post; if I vanish, then my laptop=ker-busted. If I'm back and around in a few hours, everything's cool and disregard this. Will post when I'm back to normalcy tonight.

Back at uni usual, disregard the last post, everything works. Weeee! I love my family dearly as I've said, but it was time. And now I'm home, cliched and weird as that sounds.

Chinese food is delicious, personal space is welcome, and personal freedom is much-needed and something I intend to relish. Expect me on SouCon for a *lot* of RP the next few days.

So I'm looking through a bunch of TOS stories, and naturally I end up clicking on a Valeris one because duh! it's me, and she's a dark muse of mine, and... yeah. You guys probably all know that by now anyway. So anyway, I'm nosing through the author's notes and I see this:

The fact that Kim Cattral is on Sex In the City now.

My reaction? *cough cough cough cough* sputter on the ice tea I'm about to swallow, and then a very loud squawk "You're *kidding* me!"

Shells, Valeris, what *is* the world coming to? Kim dear, that's a major, major step down in the world. Wtf?

I wonder which of the girls she is. If I watched the show I'd probably be able to tell... but I don't. And that's probably a good thing.

OK, I'm going out now. This's way too frakking surreal! What does this say for the dreams I'm going to have tonight? I can just see it now. "A lie, Carrie. Or a choice. Cut to commercial!" Ugh...
