internet oddity and dragon nightmares

Apparently there was some kind of a loose wire at the switchroom for campus internet, so sections of the dorms were down all morning. What a pain in the rear! thankfully now everything works, so yay!
As for the other thing... let's just say Pern+scary subconscious-manufactured diseases+Survivor-esque challenges=one hell of a dream to have. Ick. Oh man am I ever glad none of that went down in any universe I know. Shudder.
