On hearing Christmas music behind a commercial for premade holiday meals to order: Oh be *quiet*, it's November the blooming ninth!

Ugh! Can we at least get closer to American Thanksgiving before breaking out the jingly bells and gift wrap? Blah! I'm all for a good celebration, but not this early.

I'm not a Santa season fan as it has all the worst memories for me but it becomes very hard to avoid, doesn't it? :o(

You wouldn't have liked us about 3 days ago. We were depressed enough that the only thing that could get us out was Christmas music-so we broke our self-imposed ban )Either thirty days before, or just after Thanksgiving, depending on when T-day falls) and listened for a good part of that day.

It worked, simply because the roomies weren't there-and even then we probably would've done it with headphones in.
