And yes, I'm super thrilled for Ilhan Omar! :D Ilhan, I believe, translates to inspiration. Accurate and fitting, yeah? And Rashida Tlaib, who shares joint honors on the score as far as Muslim members of Congress go. :) And your (? do you still consider yourself a Minnesotan?) lieutenant governor is a history-maker in herself!
Eh. Private citizen Mr. Walker (with or without a splash in a lake) is fine by me. I wish he and his no ill, as humans. He's not evil on the level of a Nazi or similar ilk. I want him the frak out of my state's politics, but what he does beyond that is up to him. ... The image of his going harmlessly sploosh! in a lake and climbing out is amusing as heck, you're right!
