I don't know formal heraldry for beans, so I'll describe it plain language.
The main shield is blue on the left, black on the right. In the upper left corner is the crown of the Queen of England, indicating Her Excellency's royal office. Much of the rest of the shield is covered by a white wing, for her penchant for flight. The crest is an astronaut's helmet, crowned in laurel; the supporters are Canadian lynxes, the compartment (lower bits) are an earth without borders and the motto PER ASPERA AD ASTRA, and a Sigma for science; atop the crown is a bar of music (her OTHER avocation).
It's flipping gorgeous.
