update on the upcoming *boggles* job

chanter1944I've officially accepted the job offered to me. I start in early January, due to logistical issues of the construction in the office type on their end.
Ho-lee poo. This one's still sinking in, and it may take a while to do so properly.
If that weren't enough, the fic I've been working on with the excellent assistance ofysabetwordsmith and meimichan, among others (hi Jason) is exploding on me in the best possible way. One of the Resistance folks originally from Pennsylvania is insisting on a story of her own, and I've suddenly got a whole Resistance cell in that state, complete with a cluster in Philly (yes, South Philly XD) and another in Eerie. Kendra's fic is clicking along, slowly but surely. Versions of people keep weaving themselves in from other series as seamlessly as if they'd originated there. I haven't even gotten to the Schrodinger's Heroes team in Texas yet, as Kendra's and the Pennsylvania fic are backdated several years along the timeline.
Good lord but it's freezing in here! Just saying. *goes to continue writing, or to warm up. Both?*
