Argh! I don't know if anyone around my friendslist will know how to help with this one, but... here goes.

A few years ago, there were a half dozen *excellent* fics in the Band of Brothers fandom, crossed both with The Pacific and Generation Kill, under the joint umbrellas of the 'Tired And Wired' 'verse and the 'Hearts' 'verse. I'm speaking more of the former than the latter, although some snippets of the latter were adorable and amazing idea fodder of their own...! Anyway. I know that, for a reason I still can't get to (darn tumblr access locks grrr), the author took the Tired And Wired fics down. I also know that the wayback machine coughs up the original fic, Tired And Wired We Ruin Too Easy, and to that I say squeeeeee! It is just as great as I remember it being. :) The trick is, there were, if I remember correctly, four or five more following on from the first, and of those, only two are accessible.

This is me desperately seeking three stories in particular out of the remaining handful I can't find. One is Kitty moving into new accommodations after SPOILER! transferring from college in New Jersey to California, and meeting Renée, Gwen from Changgi (oops, there's a fourth crossover), and a couple others while doing so. One is by a different author, wish I could remember who, entitled 'Falling In Love Is Hard On The Knees', featuring Frances and Guarnere and, later on, BoB's Anna. The third has to do directly with the boys of Toccoa Hall; someone takes homophobic/biphobic exception to Luz, fists first, resulting in one ticked-off crowd of friends and a little justice dispensed on behalf of poor George or, at least, in the name of poor George, because I don't think Luz sanctioned any of the scuffling--he wouldn't. <3

If anybody can point me in the direction of any of these three stories, via the wayback machine or otherwise, I will be a delighted and grateful Chanter! ... Um, [personal profile] newredshoes, [personal profile] ceitfianna, do you know? Anybody?
