Well, I was coersed after all. I *did* go to that card game since Court couldn't. The times were iiiiiinteresting, and I won't go into detail. I will mention that pizza with pepperoni and olives is yum. And that June in Wausau is beautiful. And that Marcus's little tiny new kitten is *cute*! She's like eight weeks old, and she's apparently grey with a little necklace-type pattern in white near her collar so she got the name Pearl. And I'd say it probably should've been Purrrrrrl, because she was purring up a storm and half the time it was in my ear, not that I minded. And she has the cutest little kitten's meow, and... oh jeez, I ramble.
Anyway, joined a couple writers' communities yay! 15 minute ficlets will show up in here, the writer's choice ones will show up on the friends' page and I really want to know what you guys thought of the one I posted in writer's choice, since I like it *lots*. I was writing Wade, but there were shades of writing Charlie there too... go flipping figure. :) It's the hair reference, the brown and red--or the brown anyway, as I haven't got red hair.
So those were the results of my night, and I'm going to feel the after-effects of both the card game and the scribbling session soon, I just know it and capuccino be darned. Well no, don't be darned since it was heaven in a mug but *still*.
Off to class again. *curiosity* as to that 500-worder.
And as a side note: It's wicked hard concentrating on what you're doing when you've got three screenreaders all reading the same menus at approximately the same time. La la la stereo! Such is what happened earlier this morning when I was in the lab and Courtney, Nathan and Alex were all working with scanning softwear at the same time. No exel fine-tuning for Charlie while there's three identical voices speaking in tandem echo on three sides of me.
