I have the inspiration for my American lit survey essay.

Well, ok, granted it's not exactly the traditional essay... whoever said Elisabeth Lueck was a traditional prof? We're either landed with the usual literary analysis of a work from class, (read blah blah blah boring) or a parody of a work we've read, same time frame. Anne Bradstreet's "To My Dear And Loving Husband," might turn into Meagan's "my dear and loving kitty cat."

I've got two ideas, and I'm sticking them in here just to keep my mind off certain other things I somehow keep obssessing over, ugh! And to while away the time till this blasted heartburn takes a hike. Pizza plus spicy zingy sauce at midnight equals hello! fire- breath ahoy!

It'll either be to my dear and bumbling president, totally spoofing on the current one and even moreso after Tuesday's election goes over, or a less defined idea I have that's Kirienth inspired. Hmm, maybe. The presidential piece has the added humor value though, such is why I'm leaning toward it. Please the prof and not confuse anybody else who reads it. "Malachite *what*?" I'm certain more than a few people would ask just what I was sniffing if I turned the Kirienth piece in. :)

So aaaaanyway. Looking forward to Ierne's clutching *bounce* *bounce*! And yes K'rien, my bet as to eggie numbers stands till the day said eggies make their appearance, we'll see who's closer. :)

Speaking of Pernish stuff, thinking about the ninth for Kiri's next going up. Does that work for anybody? Does that *not* work for anybody? Curious greenlet.

OK, off to drink lots of water, take my meds and hatching log sniff till I get sufficiently sleepy and fall off.

Watch, I probably dream about TNG again.
