15 Years Ago, I:
was five, witnessing the fall of the Berlin Wall and dividing the world into "communist" and "free".

10 Years Ago, I:
was ten, and watching the world through NBC-colored glasses, trying to understand why people did what they did in Somalia and Rwanda a la "why does religion make people fight?" When I wasn't doing that, I was getting hopelessly immersed in pop culture, Celine Dion and the like.

5 Years Ago, I:
was fifteen, a space-obsessed semi-goth with dreams of distant galaxies and an end to halfway self-imposed social isolation.

3 Years Ago, I:
was seventeen, filling out college applications to Columbia just for the sake of wishful thinking, getting fascinated with African culture and finally getting a shortwave radio.

1 Year Ago, I:
was nineteen, just barely. finally got to college, started to realize I actually did have a depression problem, and was introduced to MUSHing.

Yesterday, I:
went to cross-cultural communication class which is always fascinating, watched the last episode of Farscape before PK Wars tomorrow, had pizza and breadsticks with a few people down the hall and then went to the coffee house/ice cream place thingie an hour or so later. Got to bed somewhere around one in the morning.

Today, I:
woke up somewhere early to take the lab outside, showered, went hatching log sniffing, nothing much.

Tomorrow, I:
will do the laundry! will make a store run to get halfway decent food for in here, then watch PK Wars squee!
