Sunday six or so
This is from the AU that I've mentioned to you off and on over the years, ceitfianna, the one with Sariel, Gene, Will and Scurlock fighting the good fight in a universe that's none of their own. Here, the four of them have been out for a night of liberty, and though they've all enjoyed themselves, Will and Josiah are plastered. Gene and Sariel have been conversing in Kweyol/Kreyol immediately prior. And...
Scurlock, still trying gamely to keep both boots firmly on the road, looks blankly back in reply. Blinks. Tilts his head further, further, further to the side not also containing a friend's curls. Pauses there for one second, two. And then snorts, loudly, with amusement. "I ain't got a s-single idea what y'all're sayin'," he splutters, not bothering to straighten.
