Crossover fics between the Star Trek universe (the prime one, the one that includes TOS/TNG/DS9/Voyager/Enterprise, and I will also list Excelsior in here because you know they had soooo many adventures of their own) and the His Dark Materials series. There are a couple of these, but I would love to see more.
