XD Thank you! This girl is part firebrand, part product of her universe and location, so there's a very conscious mix of fierceness and caution at work here. She's got mostly righteous claws, a big heart and a few foolhardy tendencies, knows about all of them with or without the relevant vocabulary to explain them, and given she's a child of her world and time, she's plenty aware of what letting any or all of those aspects show might bring down on her or her family. But she can't not stand up in some situations, in whatever form standing up takes. There will be trouble down the line relating to this.
